The Division of Engineering does not need a copy of the Video Tape and TV Log from the Sanitary Sewer TV Inspection.
The Division of Engineering does require the following:
- (1) Mylar copy of all as-built drawings
- (1) Copy of the as-built drawings
- (1) Mylar copy of the plat
- (2) Prints of the plat
A written confirmation should also be sent to the Division of Engineering that the Video Tapes and Logs were sent to the Division of Sanitary Sewers.
Refer to the Procedures Manual for a listing of any other items required for Plat Recording (punch list, letter of credit etc.)
