The famous Bluegrass Classic Stockdog Trials will once again be held in Lexington’s Masterson Station Park on May 14 – 18. This competition, nearly identical to the one in the popular movie “Babe,” is the largest, longest-running and most prestigious trials in the country. Each year, patrons can watch the top handlers from across the United States and Canada compete to take home top honors in their field. People of all ages will be in awe of the working relationship between the border collie and their handler.

Bleacher seating and concessions are available or patrons may bring a lawn chair or blanket and pack a picnic lunch. There is no admission or parking charge to attend this family-friendly event. For additional information, call 288-2927.
