The Southland Association and Lexington Parks & Recreation are once again joining together to offer a Bluegrass music concert series this summer. Held at 7 pm on Tuesday evenings at the lawn area adjacent to Collins Bowling Lanes, this FREE concert will feature some of the best Bluegrass bands in the area. Bring a lawn chair or blanket for seating and pack a picnic dinner or purchase concessions which will be available on-site. After the concert, the audience is invited to stay and listen or participate in the weekly jam sessions. For additional information on the Southland Jamboree, call 260-1048.
