Extreme Scramble
April 26, Lakeside Golf Course
This 18-hole, four person scramble is open to anyone willing to accept the challenge of extreme golf. The registration fee is $150 per team and registration forms are available at all city-owned golf courses. The Extreme Scramble will have an 8:30 am shotgun start.

City Two-Man Championship
May 17 – 18, Kearney Hill Golf Links
This 36-hole tournament is open to men who reside in Fayette County or hold a membership at a Fayette County golf club. The first round will be chapman alternate shot and best ball, with the second round a scramble and combined gross. The registration fee is $120 per team and includes a golf cart. The entry deadline for the City Two-Man Championship is Wednesday, May 7. Registration is limited to the first 60-team entries.

Junior City Championship
June 7 – 8, Tates Creek and and the Gay Brewer Jr., Course at Picadome
Played at Tates Creek and the Gay Brewer Jr. Course at Picadome, this 36-hole championship is open to junior golfers’ (boys and girls) ages 9 – 18 years. Individuals will compete in their own age division. The entry fee is $30 for youth ages 9 – 12 and $50 for youth ages 13 – 18. All participants must be a resident of Fayette County or a member of a Fayette County golf club.

Men’s Senior City Championship
June 20 – 22
Tates Creek, Gay Brewer Jr. Course at Picadome and Kearney Hill Golf Links
Parks & Recreation is excited to offer for the first time, a new Championship for men 50 years of age and older. Divisions offered include senior (50 – 59), Super Senior (60 – 69) and Legends (70 & Over). The entry fee is $70 per person and includes green fees, range balls and tee gift. Cart is not included. The deadline to enter is Thursday, June 12.

The Men’s City Golf Championship is definitely one of Lexington’s favorite golf tournaments and includes golfers of all ages and handicaps. Played on four different golf courses over the course of four days, this 72-hole tournament is for men who reside in Fayette County or hold a membership at a Fayette County golf club. Divisions offered include handicap, scratch, senior and super senior. The cost is $80 for all divisions and includes green fees, range balls, Sunday lunch and tee gift. Cart is not included. The deadline to enter the Men’s City Championship is Wednesday, July 2.

Women's City Championship
August 2 – 3, Lakeside and and the Gay Brewer Jr., Course at Picadome
The Women’s City Golf Championship has been growing each and every year. Held at the Gay Brewer Jr. Course at Picadome and Lakeside Golf Course, this 36-hole tournament is open to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Each person competes against participants of their own skill level and there are plenty of winners. The entry fee is $45 plus an $11 cart fee (each day). In addition to the individual competition, participants may sign-up to compete in the team tournament at no additional cost. The team competition will be comprised of four players who represent the same club and are playing in the tournament as individuals. The Women’s City Golf Championship is for those who reside in Fayette County or hold a membership at a Fayette County golf club. The entry deadline is Wednesday, July 23.
Larry Gilbert Pro-Am

August 18, Kearney Hill Golf Links
This event will be a four person team championship comprised of one PGA Professional and three amateurs. Each team must have a PGA Professional or registered apprentice to be eligible. All amateurs must have a current KGA GHIN Handicap Index Number. Score will be two best ball. One gross and one net of the four. The entry fee is $375 per team and includes lunch, tee gift, cart fee and range fee. The field is limited to the first 25 teams to register. Pumpkin Patch Classic
October 12, Tates Creek Golf Course
This 18-hole tournament is open to two-person teams and will be played in a scramble format. Golfers of all ages and skill levels are eligible to participate. Awards and prizes will be presented for overall first through fifth place, longest drive, closest to the hole, most accurate drive, longest putt and best dressed. Registration is $90 per team (cart not included) and includes green fee, tee gift and lunch. You must have your own team. The deadline to enter the Pumpkin Patch Classic is Wednesday, October 8.
