We need to begin planning for our Snow Day Programs (should they occur). We will operate our program at our various sites from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on the days when school is closed due to inclement weather provided that LFUCG offices remain open. The only time our program will close is if the roads are too hazardous for our staff to travel. ESP follows the same policies as the LFUCG offices. Please watch Cable Channel 3 for details. For example, if LFUCG announces only emergency personnel will be working then all ESP sites will be closed. Also, if the LFUCG is running on a one-hour delay then ESP will be running on a one-hour delay. ESP will be conducted at the following Snow Days sites. Please see below for school assignments:

• Deep Springs, Dixie, & Yates students are welcome at Northern 340 Rookwood Drive, Gymnasium entrance
  
• Athens-Chilesburg, Breckinridge, & Maxwell students will attend Julia R. Ewan 350 Henry Clay Blvd, Rear Gymnasium entrance
  
• Booker T. Washington, & Linlee students are welcome at Meadowthorpe 1710 Fordes Road, Front Cafeteria entrance
  
• Stonewall students will attend Stonewall 3215 Cornwall Drive, Front Cafeteria entrance
  
• Veterans Park students will attend Veterans Park 4351 Clearwater Way, Main School entrance
