Extended School Program
Fees
Registration Fees
A $20 registration fee is due with each child's application for the
school year. The maximum registration fee per family is $40.
Weekly Fees (per student)
Full-time (4-5 days/wk)
$45.00 -- 2:35 p.m. dismissal
$40.00 -- 3:15 p.m. dismissal
Part-time (1-3 days/wk)
$27.00 -- 2:35 p.m. dismissal
$24.00 -- 3:15 p.m. dismissal
All fees must be paid by check or money order. ESP will not accept
cash. The tuition for full day sessions (records days, conference
days and snow days) will be an additional cost of $8.00 per student
per day for all schools. This fee includes breakfast and a snack.
Parents will need to provide children with a sack lunch on these days.
An additional fee will be requested for field trip transportation and
admission. Enrollment in the full day session is optional.
Information describing the full day programs and summer camps will be
available at least two weeks in advance of the full day. It is
the parents' responsibility to sign up children for full day programs.
The weekly fee will not be pro-rated due to non-attendance of a full
day. Summer rates are available in the summer program description.
All weekly fees are due each Monday. Please make out your checks
to Parks and Recreation and give them to the ESP Site Director
or program secretary. A $5.00 late fee will be assessed on all
payments received after 6:00pm on Monday. Please keep your weekly
fees current--a child's admission in the ESP program may be forfeited
due to delinquent fees. Your weekly fees pay for the direct operating
costs of the program.
When you enroll, you are reserving the staff, space and provisions for
your child(ren). Parents are responsible for weekly fees regardless
of a child's attendance--this includes records days, conference days,
etc. Two weeks written notice must be given to ESP prior to a
child's withdrawal from the program. This enables the staff to
offer space to prospective families that are on a program's waiting
list. Re-admission into the ESP program will be available only
if space permits. If a student ceases to attend the program without
adequate notice, the parent's account will be charged accordingly and
the child will not be allowed to re-enroll in the program until all
fees are paid.
