Athletics/Basketball Youth basketball begins with registration and practice in November and ends in March. The leagues are open to boys and girls ages 5 – 15 and age eligibility is determined by the participant's age as of November 30 of the current year. Little Dribblers League is a Co-Rec instructional league that stresses basic basketball fundamentals. The season consists of a ten-game schedule with all participants playing a minimum of one full quarter in each game. Training League participants play a ten-game schedule. All participants will play a minimum of one full quarter in each regular season game. Junior Varsity and Varsity League participants play a nine-game schedule and a single elimination post-season tournament. All participants will play a minimum of one full quarter in each regular season game. Upper Street Cost: $55 per participant. Team and roster sizes are limited and all registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A limited number of scholarships are available upon request. Some locations may have booster clubs that charge a fee, but this fee is optional. Mailed registrations must be postmarked no later than November 16, 2007.
