- Once you have printed the application on paper, read, follow all instructions carefully
and fill out the forms.

WAY, OTHER THAN FILLING IT OUT. Please send it by mail to the address below, or, bring
it by in person to the HR Office.

How to apply for a position in person:
- Obtain a copy of the General, Police Officer or Firefighter application packet by

Employment Office on the 1st Floor, Government Center
200 East Main Street
Lexington, Kentucky 40507 (across from Bank One)
Validated parking is available in the Police/County Clerk Building, just west of Government
Center. Or, you can request an application be sent to you by mail by calling (859) 258-3051.
- Read the instructions and fill out the application completely.
- Be sure to clearly list the job title of the position(s) for which you are applying.
- Either mail or bring the completed application back to the LFUCG Employment Office.
