Vendor’s registration: Any individual or business exploring the opportunities available with the UCG will need to register your business. Vendor registration may be completed online. Upon completion of this process the individual or business will have the ability to look at all solicitations and download the related bid documents from this site.

Bid openings: The receipt and opening of bids is conducted by the office of Purchasing in the Government Center, 200 East Main Street. These are open to the public.

Surplus property disposal: Surplus property is disposed of using an online public auction service at www.publicsurplus.com. Police and confiscated property are disposed of using an online public auction service at www.propertyroom.com.

Buyers: Vendors and businesses are encouraged to schedule appointments with the buyers in Purchasing to learn more about business opportunities with the Urban County Government.
