Andrea James is in her first term of office, representing the 1st District.

She is a graduate of the Citizens Leadership Academy.

She is also a graduate of the United Way’s Get On Board Program.

She serves on the Council’s Planning Committee, Intergovernmental Committee and Services Committee. She also serves on the Neighborhood Development Bond Fund Oversight Committee, the Tree Board, and the Commission for Citizens with Disabilities. James works with neighborhood associations on many issues such as infill and redevelopment and affordable housing.
