Lexington Senior Citizens Center: Located at 1530 Nicholasville Road, this center is a community focal point of recreational, social and educational activities for persons 60 and older. On-site services include health clinics, exercise classes, art classes, nutrition programs, senior employment services, nursing home ombudsman services, adult day care, volunteer opportunities, and home care. Social workers are available to provide home care assessments at no charge. Transportation to and from the center available. Call 859-278-6072.

Cardinal Valley Center: Under the direction of the Immigrant Services coordinator, the Center offers specialized bilingual services and referrals for Spanish-speaking people. It is located at 1916 Oxford Circle in Cardinal Valley. For more information, call 226-0524.
