PARCEL INFORMATION
ADDRESS – The address of the parcel
PVA NUMBER – The Property Valuation Administration account number assigned to each record
TAX DISTRICT – The current tax district; this determines the services provided by LFUCG and the rate of property tax assessed.
CLASS – This is property usage or classification assigned by the PVA.
Values are:
- C = Commercial
- R = Residential
- F = Farm
- M = Multi-Family
- T = Tax Free
- L = Lessee
