Operates 102 parks consisting of more than 4,500 acres and green space areas with 6 golf courses, 6 community centers and 9 aquatic facilities. Maintains 300 other properties. 		BUILDING MAINTENANCE & CONSTRUCTION Maintains the city's primary buildings as well as renovation and partial maintenance. FLEET SERVICES
Handles acquisition, maintenance and repair of more than 2,100 vehicles and pieces of equipment owned by the city.
