Question: What are your office hours?
Answer: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 110 W. Vine Street, on the corner of Vine and Upper streets in downtown Lexington, above First Federal Bank.

Q: Can you tell me whether a warrant of arrest has been issued?
A: If you are the complainant, we may be able to provide this information to you, but if you are the offender, we will not divulge this information to you.

Q: How do I get a restraining order?
A: There are no restraining orders in Kentucky. You may obtain an Emergency Protective Order in District Court at the Domestic Violence Office, 4th Floor.
