Dick DeCamp is serving his sixth term as 3rd District Council member. For over 25 years, DeCamp was involved with the historic preservation movement in Central Kentucky. He is presently retired.
DeCamp serves on the Intergovernmental
Committee and is a member of the Services
Committee.
He is active in a variety of community organizations. He serves on the boards of the Bluegrass Airport, Lexington Arts & Cultural Council,
Downtown Lexington Corporation, the Kentucky Heritage Council and the Henry Clay Memorial Foundation.
