Harrodsburg Road Widening Project
Downtown Street to Closure, Thursday Evening Through November 1st:
- Cheapside will be shutdown during Thursday Night Live and not re-open.
- Temporary barracks will be in place though November 1st.
- This closure is for the additional fesitivities and entertainment in the downtown area.
Major Road Work On New Circle Road:
- Inner-loop of New Circle Road - Milling and paving - Right lane between the railroad overpass and Newtown Pike.
- Georgetown Road - Other phases include widening of the entrance and exit ramps.
- Also - installation of a median barrier between leestown Road and Newtown Pike.
- Work is expected to continue over the next 6 months.

the Kentucky River at Tates Creek Road-State Road #169, offering shuttle service between the
banks of Fayette-Jessamine Counties and Madison County.
